As professionals in the cosmetic industry, we are told that clients and patients need to be led into making decisions, that giving them the unadorned truth will result in losing their business to someone with less intrusive ethics.
We don't agree. We know there is an audience out there who would rather hear the truth, regardless of how it close it matches their expectations. With this in mind, we've launched The Skintellect to provide education and a forum for frank discussions on cosmetic treatments and products.
